The foundation everything else runs on. You'll write your business context document — who you are, who you serve, how you sound, what you never compromise on. Without this, Claude is generic. With it, everything changes.

Part 2 — Build your first skills
Every repeated task in your business follows a pattern. We turn those patterns into Skill files Claude executes on command — proposals, client emails, briefings, reports. Not one-liner prompts. Full instructions, like you'd give a smart hire.

Part 3 — Wire it into a workflow
Skills connected into sequences. Your research skill feeds your draft skill. Your draft skill feeds your send skill. You'll build the first workflow that runs a real task start-to-finish without you touching it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything in the workshop works in plain English. You describe what you want done — Claude figures out how. Attendees with zero coding background leave with working systems.

Is this just prompt engineering?

No. Prompt engineering is asking AI questions. This is setting up Claude Code with persistent context, reusable skills, and connected workflows. It's a fundamentally different approach — and the results are fundamentally different too.
