What is the AI intake and how does it work?
The intake is a 30-minute AI-powered conversation you complete before the discovery call. The discovery call then goes straight to depth rather than starting from scratch.
How much of my time does this actually take?
About 90 minutes total from you — 20 minutes on the intake questionnaire, 60 minutes on the discovery call, and occasionally a few minutes responding to a clarifying question during the build. The handover is another 60 minutes. After that the system runs without you needing to manage anything.
What if my data is messy and scattered everywhere?
That's exactly the situation this is designed for. The intake questionnaire tells us what you have and where it lives. We handle the export, ingestion, and organisation. Complex data situations are scoped and priced accordingly — the questionnaire handles this before anything is committed.
Is the retainer required?
No. The $5,000 build is a complete standalone engagement. You take the system and run it entirely yourself. The retainer is for people who want their AI team to keep growing without building it themselves — one new employee per month, data always current, system always improving. Most clients stay on it because the monthly new employee alone is worth the fee.
What tools do you need access to?
Read access to wherever your business knowledge lives — Google Drive, Notion, call transcripts, email. We never touch financial systems or anything sensitive. Every access request is agreed upfront in the scoping questionnaire before any work begins.
What if I want to expand the system later?
Three options: stay on the retainer for a new employee every month; book a standalone expansion session; or use CEO Mode to learn to build new employees yourself. The system we deliver is designed to be expanded — you're never locked in to us for future growth.
